Peyronie’s Disease

Peyronie’s disease is a scarring condition beneath the skin of the penis that leads to a curved erection, and can make sexual intercourse difficult and painful.

Peyronie’s is more common in men with a history of low testosterone, vascular disease, or a history of pelvic surgery including radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.

MHB physicians are national leaders in the treatment of Peyronie’s disease, including treatment with Xiaflex, the first FDA-approved medical treatment for this condition.
